Position: EHS Supervisor (Environment, Health and Safety Supervisor)

* Job description:
1. Develop and manage Safety Team
+ Develop a set of internal labor safety standards based on national and international safety regulations and standards
+ Develop and manage PPE standard (Personal Protective Equipment) for each group of workers
+ Develop safety training materials for all employees
+ Update legal regulations on occupational safety and make plans for training of occupational safety for all employees
+ Working up a plan of labor safety for each individual project in accordance with the requirements of customers
+ Develop procedures related to risk assessment, accident handling, etc. and other related procedures
+ Manage and supervise the work of safety officers
2. Take care of health and the environmental issues
+ Buy insurance, arrange periodic health checks for employees
+ Update and inform all staff about epidemics, natural disasters, etc.
+ Carry out occupational environment monitoring (when necessary)
+ Organize training courses on fire prevention and fighting, first aid, etc
* Requirements:
+ Male, 24 years old or above
+ University/college degree
+ At least 3 years of experience in the field of safety or EHS at factories, construction sites or safety supervision for projects
+ Occupational Safety Certificate is required
+ Knowledge of the standards and state regulations on occupational safety
+ Good communication skills
+ Good command of Microsoft Office Suite
+ Good sense of carefulness, good problem-solving skills
